All High School student-athletes who plan on attending a NCAA-certified non scholastic events MUST have an active account in the NCAA Basketball Certification System (BBCS).
o For NEW Student-Athlete Profiles
o You will need to complete a TWO-STEP Registration Process
o STEP #1- Obtain your NCAA ID#
o STEP #2- Register with the NCAA Basketball Certification System (BBCS)
o For EXISTING Student-Athlete Profiles
o You will need to RENEW your BBCS profile account each year
o Proceed to STEP #2- Renew with the NCAA Basketball Certification System (BBCS)
All student-athletes are REQUIRED to be registered with the Eligibility Center and obtain a NCAA ID# BEFORE they can create their BBCS profile
These accounts should be completed by the player’s parent/guardian if the player is under 18.
NCAA First-Time Registration Athlete Guide
1. Go to https://web3.ncaa.org/bbcs/ and create a New Athlete Account
2. You will be directed to the NCAA Eligibility Center where you must use the same email and complete that info. You will then get a NCAA #.
3. You MUST go back to the https://web3.ncaa.org/bbcs/. Your eligibility # will automatically be there.
1. Fill out your information on the first page, including your address. Note: if you do not live with a parent, you will have to upload certain documents later
2. Watch the educational courses at the bottom of the page and check them off as complete
3. In the "School" tab, input school info
4. Let your coach know to invite you to the bench
5. Once your coach has invited you to the bench, log back into https://web3.ncaa.org/bbcs/ and accept the invite via the "Teams" tab.

6. PROCEED TO STEP 2: COMPLETE THE RENEGADES PLAYER REGISTRATION
NOTE: Users from last year SHOULD NOT CREATE A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT and instead use the same e-mail log-in from the previous season.
At this point, the student-athlete will need to register or renew their player profile with the NCAA Basketball Certification System (BBCS)
RETURNING USERS: If you already have a BBCS athlete account, please use the same login as 2023
